Quel que soit votre niveau d’exp\u00e9rience, pour le paddle Yoga, concentrez-vous toujours sur votre respiration. Pourquoi ? Notre souffle est ce qui va oxyg\u00e9ner notre corps et nos muscles. Si nous sommes nerveux ou excit\u00e9s, il sera probablement peu profond et rapide. Si nous sommes calmes et concentr\u00e9s, il sera lent et profond. C’est ce dernier que nous voulons avoir pour trouver notre \u00e9quilibre sur le paddle<\/a>. Une respiration lente et concentr\u00e9e vous d\u00e9tend naturellement et lib\u00e8re souvent la tension que vous pourriez h\u00e9berger quelque part dans le corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se concentrer pour garder l’\u00e9quilibre<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Dans le paddle Yoga, la prise de conscience de son corps peut faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 notre concentration ou \u00e0 notre regard. Une fois la respiration stabilis\u00e9e, cela devient facile. Votre corps suivra o\u00f9 vont vos yeux. Lorsque vous vous levez lentement, quelques soit votre position, laissez votre regard vous accompagner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etre bien au centre de le votre paddle<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

En paddle Yoga, nous ne voulons pas seulement nous centrer mentalement, mais aussi physiquement avec votre stand up paddle. Si vous r\u00e9partissez votre poids avec le poids de la planche, vous trouverez l’\u00e9quilibre beaucoup plus facile. Si vous \u00eates trop en avant, l’arri\u00e8re de la planche peut commencer \u00e0 se soulever. Pensez \u00e0 la position de votre corps par rapport aux rails et \u00e0 la poign\u00e9e centrale de la planche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
